ACCESS AND ACCEPTANCE

As the operational environment for humanitarian organisations has become increasingly complex the need for detailed access and acceptance strategies has grown and become critical for humanitarian work in Yemen. Access and acceptance are inter-linked and Safer Yemen works on promoting both through the training of field and programme staff, designing conflict-sensitive implementation strategies, negotiating with stakeholders, and facilitating discussion on sustainable and conflict-sensitive programming.
